Our meals are freshly prepared by Chef Mark Cahill from Organic, Local, All Natural ingredients


Each Meal Plan ticket includes:  


Friday: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Saturday: Breakfast & Lunch

Sunday: Breakfast & Lunch 








Potluck Dinner

Saturday is our traditional potluck dinner, which is free for all who bring a dish to share.  

(Cooking areas and refrigeration are available).  


If you don't wish to participate in the potluck, or if you would like to "buy-in" to the potluck without bringing a dish, you can purchase the separate Saturday Dinner ticket.  


Moose Ridge will be providing several chef-prepared dishes for the Potluck/Saturday Dinner.

Thursday:  (Arrival day).  Because people will be still arriving at dinner time, Thursday Dinner is NOT included in the meal plan price.  


Instead, we have light fare such as sandwiches and snacks available for purchase for those who have arrived hungry! You may also choose to bring your own food, and we will have cooking fires available.


We will have gluten-free and dairy-free options available at each meal

Friday Breakfast

Breakfast Sandwich, Artisan Toasts, Fresh Fruit, Yogurt, Homemade Granola


Friday Lunch

Italian Sausage or Grilled Vegetable Hoagie with Peppers, Onions and Mushrooms


Friday Dinner

Spaghetti with Meatballs and Sausage with toppings or Pasta Primavera, Salad, Garlicky Bread


Saturday Breakfast

Sausage, Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Breakfast Potatoes, Toast, Yogurt, Homemade Granola


Saturday Lunch

BBQ Chicken, Corn, Potato Salad, Corn Bread, Salad, Cole Slaw, Watermelon


Saturday Dinner

Potluck Contribution: Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, Chef’s Choice


Sunday Breakfast

French Toast and Pancakes with Macerated Fruit and Hand Whipped Cream, Sausage Links, Fresh Fruit, Yogurt, Homemade Granola

Thursday Snacks for Purchase

*While the meal plan doesn't include Thursday dinner, we will have the option to purchase the following:

Turkey, Avocado and BLT Wrap, Veggie Wrap, Potato Skins, Salad, Various Snacks
